From Kentucky traveling to any physical provider in the U.S..
From anywhere in Kentucky traveling to specific providers in Ohio. (see below)

To request support, you can either: * use the online intake form or * call the intake line and leave a voicemail If you call, be sure to leave a message with your number, and let the fund know about any phone safety concerns you have. You will hear back from a volunteer within 24 hours.
